I paint because I enjoy it. To live out the talent given to me by my Creator; to set my spirit free.

The underlying principle governing all my artwork is "truth to material". I aim for visual poetry, the mastery of both sfumato and chiaroscuro. Shadow says more than light; atmosphere more than form. Simplicity above all.
